Document order form

Use this form to order tailor-made, manually produced documents, translated extracts, copy orders, extracts about beneficial owners, and financial statements from the Finnish Trade Register. We will send the documents to you by post or email. The invoice will be sent to you afterwards. An invoicing fee and delivery fee is added.

The delivery time of documents is about one week.

Please note that you get electronic Trade Register extracts free of charge from our Virre serviceAvautuu uuteen välilehteen. In the service, you can buy organisation rules, such as articles of association, in Finnish and inSwedish. They cost 4.02 euros and you will have immediate access to thedocuments.

Please note: If you are acquiring an Apostille certificate from the Finnish Digital and Population Data Services Agency relating to a document that you have ordered, let us know this in the Other information field so that we can provide the document with a signature and stamp. The document will be delivered by post.

An invoicing fee of 6.50 euros and a delivery fee of 5.50 euros is added. For VAT-liable documents, the invoicing fee is 8.16 euros and the delivery fee 6.90 euros.

If you want to have the document signed and stamped, ask for it in the Other information field.
Signed and stamped documents are delivered by post, not by email.

If you are ordering an extract about beneficial owners, you must have a purpose of use of the details that is in accordance with the Finnish Act on Money Laundering.Read more about filing a report on the purpose of use.

Always give your address details for invoicing, and other contact details if needed for the delivery, as well as your phone number in case we have any questions.

Your Business ID or personal identity code
Your personal identity code is required if you are ordering documents as a private person. The code is needed for invoicing.
