Notification of start of collective management

Organisations for collective management of copyright must file a notification with the PRH before they start operating.

The notification must include the following details:

• the organisation’s name and contact details
• the name of the person referred to in section 17
  
• a description of the type of works and other subject matter and the rights the collective management organisation will be authorised to manage
• information on whether the organisation is going to offer or grant multi-territorial licensing of rights to musical works for online use.
