Re-entry of removed companies to the Trade Register

Your company may apply for re-entry to the Finnish Trade Register.

In order to re-enter, your company must file the approved financial statements from the last ended financial period for registration.

Apply for re-entry within five years from your company's deregistration.

How to apply for re-entry

Write a free-form application where you ask your company to be re-entered in the Trade Register.

Provide the following information in the application: the name and Business ID of the company that you are requesting to be re-entered in the register, and the applicant’s contact details.

Sign the application, or authorise another person to sign it for you. Enclose a power of attorney if an authorised person signs the application.

Fill in and sign the form for registering financial statements. Submit the form and copies of the financial statement documents together with your application.

Please note that the form is only available in Finnish and in Swedish.
