Re-entry of removed companies to the Finnish Trade Register
Your company may apply for re-entry to the Finnish Trade Register.
In order to re-enter, your company must submit approved financial statements for the three most recent financial periods that have ended for registration.

Apply for re-entry within five years from your company's deregistration.
How to apply for re-entry
Write a free-form application where you ask your company to be re-entered in the Trade Register.
Provide the following information in the application: the name and Business ID of the company that you are requesting to be re-entered in the register, and the applicant’s contact details.
Sign the application, or authorise another person to sign it for you. Enclose a power of attorney if an authorised person signs the application.
Fill in and sign the form for registering financial statements. Submit the form for each financial period and copies of the financial statement documents together with your application.
Please note that the form is only available in Finnish and in Swedish.

Factors such as company type determine which financial statement documents are necessary. See the necessary financial statement documents by company type.
Please note that all financial statement documents filed with the Trade Register are public and available for example from the PRH Virre Information Service.
