How to file an application or a response with the PRH
You can file your patent application or your response to an office action issued by the PRH in the following ways:
- Patent Service
You can file your application or your response to an office action using our Patent Service. The service is available to everyone, but is particularly suitable for IPR experts.

You can also file your patent application online. Please note that you cannot use this service to file responses to office actions issued by the PRH.

Patent applications made under the NATO invention agreement (Act on the agreement for the mutual safeguarding of secrecy of inventions relating to defence and for which applications for patents have been made, and on the implementing procedures for the agreement) cannot be filed with the PRH in any of the above mentioned ways. Submission of such applications must be agreed upon separately. Please contact our Patent Advisory Service.
