The Patents and Trademarks department provides its customers with the reliable and high-quality IPR authority services they require. We treat customers fairly, impartially and openly. Our service is courteous and provided on an equal basis.
We develop IPR practices and legislation both internationally and nationally for the benefit of trade and industry. We influence key organisations in the field.
Our searches are comprehensive and carried out within the set time limits. Our decisions are precise and clear. Our customers can rely on the high quality of our operations.
The Patents and Trademarks department is a desirable workplace among professionals in the field. We provide the required specialized expertise through training and take care of our employees’ well-being.
We are committed to complying with the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard and to continuously improving our quality management system. We develop our operations by listening to the needs of our stakeholders. Management is responsible for maintaining development work, and the entire personnel participates in it.
