Details of visitors on the webpages for the Finnish Trade Register, trademarks, patents and design rights are collected as part of following up the enforcement of the EU regulation (EU) 2018/1724 about a single digital gateway. The following details are collected on the pages linked to the single digital gateway:

  • URL-address of the page
  • number of visitors
  • visitors’ country
  • data terminal used.

The details are collected in an anonymous form and do not include personally identifiable information. The details are only used by the PRH, the European Commission and the national coordinators referred to in the regulation.

The collected details are stored in the European Commission’s databank for three years maximum, after which they are deleted automatically.
