The PRH will no longer accept American Express from 29 August 2025

As of Friday 29 August 2025, the American Express (Amex) card can no longer be used to pay for the Finnish Patent and Registration Office’s (PRH) services.

The change applies to all PRH online services and information services and the PRH’s customer service point in Helsinki.

The PRH accepts Visa, Mastercard, online bank payments, and MobilePay.
