Changes to trademark fees from 1 January 2026
The Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment of Finland has issued a decree on the chargeable services of the PRH for the period 1 January to 31 December 2026. The fees will be increased to cover the costs in the PRH service groups.
The proposed changes to the trademark fees are provided below. The current fee is given in brackets.

- paper application €300 (€290)
- Fee for application to register a collective mark or certification mark
- online €340 (€320)
- paper application €390 (€370)
- Fee for extension of a time limit €70 (€60)
- Fee for renewal of trademark registration

- Fee for renewal of trademark registration if the application is filed after the expiration of the term of registration

- Fee for renewal of collective mark or certification mark registration

The PRH has not proposed any changes to the design right fees.
The new fees will be published at prh.fi on 1 January 2026.
