Planned outage in the PRH’s online services from 15.30 on Friday 3 October to 9.00 on Monday 6 October

We are updating and maintaining our systems from 9.30 on Saturday 4 October 2025 to 18.00 on Sunday 5 October 2025. 

During this time, our online filing services and information services will be unavailable, and notifications and applications cannot be filed online.

How the maintenance outage will affect the most used services at the PRH

The online filing services at ytj.fi and the Finnish Register of Associations will be unavailable from 15.30 on Friday 3 October to 9.00 on Monday 6 October.

In addition, the following services will be unavailable on Saturday 4 October from 9.30 to 13.00: Virre Information Service, name checking service for companies, information service of the Finnish Register of Associations, and the online filing service and auditor search provided by our Auditor Oversight.

The company and organisation search at ytj.fi can be used normally, apart from tax debt enquiries.

Our online filing services and information services for patents, trademarks and design rights will be unavailable from 9.30 on Saturday 4 October to 18.00 on Sunday 5 October. 

We apologise for any inconvenience. Some of the services may come back online earlier than announced.

The prh.fi and ytj.fi websites will operate normally.
