Companies: approve incomplete business reorganisation notifications by 10 May 2026
On 11 May 2026, we will erase all the incomplete business reorganisation notifications that have not yet been approved from the online service at ytj.fi.
This concerns the following reorganisations of a business:- merger
- demerger
- transfer of registered office from one EEA country to another
Proceed as follows
If you have an incomplete notification, approve it by 10 May 2026.
You can sign, pay and submit the notification later.
