Price lists for notifications and applications submitted to the Finnish Trade Register
Most notifications and applications submitted to the Finnish Trade Register are subject to a fee. Our fees are based on the Decree of the Finnish Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment on the Chargeable Services of the Finnish Patent and Registration Office (PRH). The VAT on the handling fees for most Trade Register notifications is 0%. However, there is a VAT of 25.5% on notifications to the Print Register.

If you file online, you pay the fee in the online service at ytj.fi after signing the notification. The online filing is only available in Finnish and in Swedish.
The fee for notifications filed on an online form and on a paper form must generally be paid in advance. The receipt must be enclosed with the notification. Do not pay the handling fee in advance if you file financial statements late and with respect to certain applications. We will send you an invoice for the handling fee after we have processed your matter.
