Fees for trade­mark ap­pli­ca­tions and reg­is­tra­tions from 1 Jan­u­ary 2026

The fees are based on the Decree of the Finnish Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment on the Chargeable Services of the Finnish Patent and Registration Office (PRH). You will find a link to the decree in Finnish and in Swedish on the page Legislation related to our administrative sector.

The VAT rate for all registration fees is 0% unless otherwise stated.

An essential requirement for a trademark application to become pending is that the application fee has been paid.

When you file your application in our online service, you also pay the fee in the service. The calculator in the service shows you how the fee is formed and what the total sum is before you make the payment.
