Amendments to rules

You have to file an amendment notice concerning the rules (bylaws) of an association when a registered association amends its rules. The notice may also be filed online.

You have to

  • file the notice in one copy
  • enclose amended rules in their entirety in one copy
  • enclose a receipt of payment, or a copy of it.

An amendment to the rules of a registered association comes into force as soon as it is entered in the register.
