Electronic notice

You can electronically file basic notices, notices of rule amendments, notices of dissolution, and changes of persons signing for your association. Also changes of address can be submitted online.

A notice to the Register of Associations is always signed by the chairperson of the association or the Executive Committee. In order to be able to submit an electronic notice, the chairperson of the Executive Committee must have a personal online banking code (not a shared code).

You can identify yourself, pay fees and sign notices by using access codes for the online banking service of any Finnish bank.
