Before filing your notification of changes with the Finnish Trade Register

If you have filed your company’s email address, you will always get an automatic email when we have received your notification of changes at the Finnish Trade Register. Read our instructions on how you can monitor the changes in your company’s details.
Please note that the company's email address shown in the company and organisation search at ytj.fi is public.
When to file
File your notification without delay
Fees
It is free of charge to submit address and contact details. Other notifications of changes are subject to a fee.
Price examples of notifications of changes:
- Change of company name 75 euros
- Notification of auxiliary company name 75 euros
- Change of company name and change of line of business 75 euros + 55 euros
- Change of company name and notification of holder of procuration 75 euros + 55 euros
- Change of line of business and registered office 55 euros + 55 euros
The online service at ytj.fi automatically calculates the handling fee, and you pay the fee in the service after signing the notification.

How to file using the online service at ytj.fi

Log in and select what your notification relates to.
Fill in the required details and attach the documents. Sign and pay for the notification in the service.

How to file using paper forms
If you file your notification on paper, the processing time will be longer.
Download and save the following forms to your computer and fill them in:
The forms are available in English, but you must fill in the details in Finnish or Swedish.
Use the personal data form to file any personal identification details with the Finnish Trade Register. Do not include personal identity codes or home addresses on any other notification forms.
Attach the receipt for the handling fee.
Do not attach any documents that contain personal identity codes, home addresses, or other sensitive information, such as health details.
Send the Y form with its enclosures to the PRH. You will find the address on the form.
