How to monitor the changes in your company’s details in the Finnish Trade Register
Submit the company’s email address to the Finnish Trade Register.
When a notification of changes concerning the company is filed with the Finnish Trade Register, the Finnish Patent and Registration Office (PRH) can inform your company by email.
You will receive the message in the following cases:
- The company’s email address has been filed with the Finnish Trade Register.
- The email address is working.

If you, after having checked the details, suspect that someone has filed without permission a notification with the Finnish Trade Register in your company’s name, you should contact the Finnish Trade Register’s advisory service immediately. How to submit the company's email address to the Finnish Trade Register
You can submit the company’s email address and its changes to the Finnish Trade Register in the online service at ytj.fi. Please note that the online service is only available in Finnish and Swedish.
The notification is free of charge.
Please note that the email address submitted to the Finnish Trade Register is public information and it is shown in the company search at ytj.fi and in other business information services.
