Use our forms if you cannot submit your notification or application using our online services. Please note that most of our online filing services are only available in Finnish and Swedish. See all our online services.
In Finland, you must apply for a trademark using our online service.
No online filing service is available for the Register of Foundations or for enterprise mortgages.
Trade Register forms online
Companies must file their notifications and applications online with the Finnish Trade Register from 2026. This does not apply to private traders, associations or foundations.
If you cannot submit your notification or application using the online filing service at ytj.fi, use our online form to send form Y or the application with attachments to the PRH. Our online forms require strong authentication. See the links to the online forms of the Trade Register.
