In the table, ‘Service’ refers to a notification filed with the Finnish Trade Register in the online service at ytj.fi or by using a paper form. The VAT on the handling fees is 0%. Read our payment instructions.

Limited liability companies, housing companies, and insurance companies

These are free of charge:

  • Conversion of the articles of association of a housing company or real estate limited company to a new electronic form without changing the contents
  • Notification of termination of an assignment entered in the register
  • Notification of personal identity codes of persons with positions with a registered business that was entered in the Finnish Trade Register before 1 January 1994

Changes to ar­ti­cles of as­so­ci­a­tion

The han­dling fee for chang­ing the ar­ti­cles of as­so­ci­a­tion cov­ers changes con­cern­ing the place of reg­is­tered of­fice or line of busi­ness of the lim­ited li­a­bil­ity com­pany, and changes to the rep­re­sen­ta­tion of the com­pany based on po­si­tion in the com­pany. The fee does not cover chang­ing the com­pany name or fil­ing a par­al­lel com­pany name in the on­line ser­vice. We charge a sep­a­rate fee of 70 eu­ros per name for them. We also charge 50 eu­ros for a change of a fi­nan­cial pe­riod in­di­cated in the ar­ti­cles of as­so­ci­a­tion.
