Chan­ges in PCT fees from 1 April 2026

Search fees for international (PCT) patent applications will change from 1 April 2026.

The new fees are shown below (current fee in brackets).

• Search fee under PCT Rule 16.1(a) EUR 1885 (EUR 1845)
• Additional search fee under PCT Rule 40.2(a) EUR 1885 (EUR 1845)
• Supplementary search (SIS) fee under PCT Rule 45bis.3 EUR 1885 (EUR 1845)
