Finnish Register of Associations – fees for register extracts and rules
You can buy register extracts and rules in the online information service of the Finnish Register of Associations. The extracts and rules are available in Finnish and in Swedish. You can pay for the documents using your internet banking codes or by credit card.
It is cheaper to buy extracts and rules in the online information service than using the order form on this website.
If online payment is not possible for you, or if you need an official register extract or copy of rules, you can use our order form on this website to order the documents you need. We will send the documents to you by post. The invoice will be sent to you separately.
You can also buy extracts from the Register of Associations or Register of Religious Communities, or rules, or certified extracts from the official record of correspondence from our Customer Service in Helsinki. See the contact details of our Customer Service.
The fees are based on the Decree of the Finnish Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment on the Chargeable Services of the Finnish Patent and Registration Office (PRH). The fees for the products subject to VAT are based on decisions taken by the PRH under the decree above.
