From 2026, companies must file their notifications and applications online with the Trade Register. This does not apply to private traders, associations or foundations. Read more about the mandatory online filing.
File your notification using the online filing service at ytj.fiAvautuu uuteen välilehteen, if possible. You can use the online service at ytj.fi to file the most common changes to the Trade Register. See the list of submissions you can file using the service at ytj.fi.Avautuu uuteen välilehteen
If you cannot use the online service, file your notification using our forms online.
Please note that the online filing service at ytj.fi and most forms online are only available in Finnish and in Swedish.

Update the details of beneficial owners
