Changes in PCT fees from 1 January 2023

Due to a change in the euro/Swiss franc rate, the WIPO has decided to revise the PCT fees below.

The new fees will take effect on 1 January 2023.

• International filing fee EUR 1,378 (2022: EUR 1,305)
• Fee per sheet in excess of 30 EUR 16 (before: EUR 15)
• Reduction on the international filing fee for electronic applications:
• The entire application (request, description, claims and abstract) in character-coded format EUR 311 (2022: EUR 294)
• The request in character-coded format EUR 207 (2022: EUR 196)
• Handling fee (IPEA/FI) EUR 207 (2022: EUR 196)
