Financial statements of inactive businesses with the Finnish Trade Register

Companies must file their financial statements with the Finnish Trade Register for each financial period, even if they have interrupted or stopped their business activities. A list of company types that always have to file their financial statements for registration is available in the Accounting Act, Chapter 3, section 9.
