Customer Service

Our customer service point in Helsinki at Sörnäisten rantatie 13 C, is open from Monday to Friday between 12.00 and 16.15

We recommend that you book an appointment with our customer service point. Use our online services where possible.... Go to the Online services in English.

At our Customer Service you can submit your applications and notifications and get general advice on them. If you need to consult an expert, we can arrange for you to meet one of our legal advisers or consulting engineers.

There is a mailbox at our Customer Service where you can leave applications and notifications without having to queue.

All forms are available online

You can fill in and print out the forms you need before you come to us. You can also pay for your notifications and applications in advance.

Please observe: The Customer Service does not accept payments in cash. You can pay by

  • debit card,
  • MobilePay,
  • Visa Electron, or
  • any of the following credit cards: Visa, American Express, Diners Club and Mastercard.

Documents for reading – order in advance

At our Customer Service you can read on request documents from

  • the Finnish Trade Register
  • the Finnish Register of Associations
  • the Finnish Register of Religious Communities, and
  • the Finnish Register of Foundations.

We will deliver the documents about a week after you make the order. Always include your contact details and the Business ID and name of the company, association or foundation in the order.
