We pro­cess the per­so­nal data on the ba­sis of law or the con­sent gi­ven by the per­son in ques­tion. As a rule, we use the per­so­nal data pro­vi­ded in no­ti­fi­ca­ti­ons or ap­pli­ca­ti­ons that con­cerns the per­son sub­mit­ting the no­ti­fi­ca­tion and ot­her par­ties. This data in­clu­des the name, ad­dress and ot­her ba­sic in­for­ma­tion. In­for­ma­tion is also ob­tai­ned from the au­thor­i­ties. The pri­vacy sta­te­ment de­scri­bes the key is­sues con­cern­ing the pro­cess­ing of the per­so­nal data kept in the reg­is­ter.

he Fin­nish Pa­tent and Reg­is­tra­tion Of­fice (PRH) has pub­lis­hed its cor­po­rate re­spon­si­bil­ity and sus­tain­abil­ity re­port for 2024. The re­port de­scri­bes our work to pro­mote sus­tain­able de­vel­op­ment and it mon­i­tors pro­gress to­wards the UN Sus­tain­able De­vel­op­ment Go­als that we have ad­op­ted.
