Monitor the changes in your company’s details

We send your company an email notification when the notification of changes has arrived at the Finnish Trade Register. The service is free of charge. There are two alternatives:

  • Alternative 1: The company’s email address is recorded in the Finnish Trade Register. We send an automatic message of the arrived notification of changes if the address is working.
  • Alternative 2: The email address is not recorded in the Trade Register, but you enter into an agreement with the PRH.

Alternative 1: The email address is in the Finnish Trade Register – how can I monitor the changes in my company’s details?

If you have submitted your company’s email address to the Finnish Trade Register and the address is working, you will receive an email message from the Trade Register within approximately one hour after your notification has arrived and recorded in the Trade Register system. This is what the message in Finnish and in Swedish looks like.

Alternative 2: The email address is not in the Finnish Trade Register – how can I monitor the changes in my company’s details?

If your company’s email address is not recorded in the Finnish Trade Register, you can, free of charge, place an order for monitoring changes in the details of the company you represent. You can place your order if you are the company’s representative recorded in the Finnish Trade Register, such as board member, managing director, partner or some other person with the right to represent the company.

When there are changes in the company’s register details to be monitored, the Finnish Trade Register will send the changed details as a text file by email within approximately one hour after the change has been registered or the notification that has become pending has been recorded in the Finnish Trade Register.

Place your order for monitoring changing details using a paper form, which you sign and send to the PRH

  • either as a scanned PDF file by email to tietopalvelut [at] prh.fi
  • or by post to
